An unusual combination of red skies and a rainbow over Forbordsfjellet as the sun set last night just after the last visitors on the year’s last official garden tour had left…the grand finale!

Northern rainbow
The first rainbow of the year in the northern sky! The position of rainbows is highly seasonal here, but at this time when the sun is low over the southern horizon, rainbows are in the north.
